For 8 years I have been suffering from an inflammatory bowel disease - colitis.

8 years of continuous suffering, repeated seizures, a stomach that knew no rest, frequent and bloody diarrhea, attached toilets, medicines, injections, hospitalizations and hospitals, these are just some of the words.

This letter is really long, but for you (not for me) - I recommend that you read every word of it to the end... I came to the health center following the recommendation of a friend who was there for two separate sessions of one week each. The friend came there due to cancer...

One day he caught me and told me that I owe it to myself to go to the health center for at least a week, this advice, which at the time I didn't quite understand why he was giving it to me, turned out to be golden advice and was also accompanied by a very important tip that accompanied me whenever I was at the health center during the week - don't be Be judgmental and not critical.

It is difficult to understand this advice and the depth of its meaning until you experience the health center.

It took me at least 3 days to begin to understand the depth and power of the experience and to give myself the freedom to be free, to remove all the masks (or at least most of them), and to enjoy a complete reboot of my entire being, body, soul and mind (mind=consciousness/awareness).

As the days passed I realized that I didn't understand...

I thought to Tomi, quite superficially, I must admit, that I came to lose weight, yes, I am a big man, I arrived at the health center weighing 130 kg, which I have been carrying on my legs, which have been suffering for over a year, I arrived with crazy heartburn from which I suffered for about a year and a half And for Tommy, I thought I had come to treat these external symptoms, but at the health center, I suddenly realized that the story is completely different and I am actually "the blue man from another story and not the green man..." Already on the second day I entered the framework of an activity that begins at 05:45 (winter time), with a meditative sunrise walk, walking without speaking with introspection - what the hell is introspection??? Here it is important to say that until I arrived at the health center I was not aware of the importance of the overall triangle: nutrition / movement / sleep which are the three components of which have a holistic effect on our inner and outer world, on our feelings, on our health and anyway on our sense of happiness.

I will also say that before I arrived I thought I would find myself in a group of chubby people (I chose an affectionate name in order not to insult myself), but I was wrong. In the group that was with me were: A cancer patient, a Parkinson's patient, a corona patient, a fibromyalgia patient, a young man with severe intestinal problems, a woman who came to lose weight or else she would have to undergo knee surgery, just one (very special) person who came because her family members who were there recommended her, and more. I want to say that everyone came for a completely different reason and this holistic triangle (nutrition, movement, sleep) answered everyone while making the necessary adjustments (it's impossible without a little legal language to warm the atmosphere).

I finished my week at the health center with a weight reduced by 6 kg, according to the law of conservation of mass there is no loss of matter which means that someone in this world got my 6 kg and I apologize to him from this stage. But as I mentioned, this is only the most external and visible symptom of the process I went through at the health center. With a deeper look, I went through a RESET of my entire being, my thinking, my anchors, dealing with temptations (the food temptation of course), creating a new order of priorities that put my health and happiness before everything else, I came back a new person - to my taste, better! Although there are those who were also satisfied with me before...

Hello, my name is Yuval Cohen, 30 years old, I was born in Mount Adar near Jerusalem, I grew up in Rosh Ha'Ain and in recent years I have been living in Tel Aviv. I had a great childhood, a bit with learning difficulties and such but nothing special. A supportive family, friends, basketball, scouts and many hobbies. Somewhere around the age of 15 at the beginning of high school something started to go wrong, one day I started to feel unwell. Extreme fatigue, headaches and fever that lasted for a month without being able to move out of bed when I just slept most of the day.

This is where my health journey began, at first they thought it was the kissing disease, but little by little they sent me for more and more tests and in the negative way, after almost a year of uncertainty, they finally came to the conclusion that it was Crohn's inflammatory bowel disease through blood tests of a CPR inflammation index of about 18 (the norm is up to half), colonoscopy tests, endoscopy and finally a capsule test. At this point I just wanted to know what I had and looked for a name for it. It created a sense of relief for me, even though it is a chronic incurable disease according to Western medicine, but at least I know what I am facing.

As an initial treatment at the Schneider Children's Hospital in Petah Tikva, I was offered a diet based on the Ensure supplement for a month and a half, I immediately agreed because I preferred it to medications that up until that moment in my life I did not even know how to swallow pills and indeed it helped quite a bit. But unfortunately the situation deteriorated again and I had to do another session of Ensure for another month and a half when according to the rumors at that stage I was the only child who did nutrition based on Ensure for almost 3 consecutive months. After that I didn't really have a choice anymore and the fast road towards the world of drugs and pills was paved before me, it started with Fantasa and steroids and after that continued for several good years on Imoran.

At that point I was struggling to finish high school, I was studying in a technology major that included the maximum number of units that could be extended 10 in computers and another 5 in chemistry when in fact I was absent for the entire 11th grade and returned only in graduation. With a lot of effort and with the amazing help of the teaching staff and various associations, I was able to stay in the major and even complete full matriculation certificates.

In the background of the discovery of the disease and the struggle in high school, I also started to be selected for the army, since I was studying computers, I was contacted by all the different intelligence units until I actually realized that I could not enlist as usual and I was given a forced medical exemption. But that didn't stop me either and I decided to try and volunteer for the army and indeed it was, I completed 3 years as a volunteer and another two years on a permanent basis.

One of my childhood dreams was to work as an escort at ski resorts and indeed I fulfilled this dream, I worked 4 consecutive seasons in Italy and another season in New Zealand where I did a snowboard instructor course one of the most powerful experiences I had. But even during all these years that the soul was in good health I had no relief from the pain. I continued to suffer from stomach pains, I started bleeding frequently in my stools, I found myself abstaining from food for whole days just so that I could function and I had to use a lot of drugs again, mainly steroids and medical cannabis.

After this chapter in my life, I realized that I wanted to settle down and decided, despite serious concerns, to register for a bachelor's degree and start studying, I chose an entrepreneurship and business administration degree that I felt suited my character perfectly and at the same time I joined the company that my father founded with a partner in the high-tech field as a business development and innovation manager.

I had 3 and a half amazing years, full of action, a sense of success, in the first year of studies I also decided to finally say goodbye to the drugs and after a period of about a year I took a significant step and stopped injecting myself with the pretentious biological drug that was really the last experience for me with Western medicine and really did not help, only harmed me in a way personal. Up to this point in time I had already been through dozens if not hundreds of different doctors and treatments and I had not seen a balm.

Actually, everything is focused on my last year of studies, 2022, third year, in which my health began to deteriorate at a significant rate. After years of a stable weight, I lost about 10 kg uncontrollably, from 77 kg and a muscular body to 67 kg, the bleeding and pain became non-stop, this manifested in a combination of hemorrhoids, fissure and fistula to the point where I simply could not sit the ass In fact, for almost an entire semester, I had to study only from the bed lying down while I continued as if I was "normal" also working, whether it was Zoom meetings with clients or studying for tests. At that point I was very worried if I would even be able to complete the degree, but I decided that no matter how, I would do it and no matter what grades I would finish it with.

While I was struggling to finish my degree and upon reaching the age of 30 I realized that I had to find a solution, the truth is that I was quite tired of trying but I realized that my whole life is ahead of me and I want to live it to the best of my abilities and just enjoy what life has to offer. I felt that Crohn's did not stop me, but undoubtedly delayed and made it difficult for me in many cases.

Over the years I have simultaneously had many attempts with alternative medicine, whether it is various health consultants, acupuncture, reflexology, massage, nutritional supplements, psychological treatments and even hypnosis, but what winked at me the most was medical water fasting, which I have researched a lot over the past few months. In my imagination, I saw all the wounds and ulcers that I have in the digestive system and around the anus all day scratching and re-wounding that I keep eating, for example an open wound on my hand that I keep scratching and itching without stopping and I don't let it heal until the bleeding stops, so for me this is the only solution to deal with the problem.

I will share the entire process I went through here at the Health House, in a daily blog and videos on Instagram in the most authentic and revealing way so that as many people as possible will be exposed to this wonder of the Health House, natural health, water fasting and the body's ability to simply heal itself without any medicine.

I feel that I gave myself the best possible gift for turning 30 that I didn't celebrate properly in light of the pain and from here I'm embarking on a new path that I'm most excited about in the world.

I arrived at the Health House after staying at countless health farms in Israel and around the world, but here I experienced the most significant detoxification process of my life. The meticulous diet, the precise combination of juice diet and water fasting, week after week, for 4 consecutive weeks – everything was conducted to the highest standard. Eliran De Mayo and the team gave me a personal, professional and courteous treatment. The adjustments made for me were full of attention to detail, and the sense of security they gave me during the journey was amazing. The spectacular views and clear air of the health center added another layer of healing. Throughout my stay I participated in various workshops - I dipped in ice water and for the first time I enjoyed it thanks to personal and attentive guidance, every day I practiced yoga, varied movement, free dance, music and singing - all contributed significantly to the cleansing and recovery process in a fun and light atmosphere. At the end of the process, I felt a profound change: pains that had plagued me for years disappeared, the weight loss was natural and easy, strength and vitality returned, and fatigue disappeared. Even a benign lump in my neck disintegrated, my skin glowed again, and a new light returned to my eyes.
